We began the hard way — taking bookings by email and phone, managing everything with pen and paper. It didn’t take long to see how inefficient it was.
As engineers, we quickly recognised that existing booking systems were clunky, inflexible, and couldn’t support our rental the way we needed. So we decided to build our own custom booking system from the ground up.
By improving our own booking process, we achieved 500% growth in our rental business.
Today, BookSpot powers more than 600 activity & experience providers.
The powerful and flexible system is used today by both small business owners and those with multi-million dollar sales, in everything from bike rentals and camping to dog sledding and paintball.
With a dedicated and fast-growing team, we work to make BookSpot available to as many operators as possible. BookSpot is currently used by over 600 providers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Spain, with the aim of continuing to expand internationally.
