Which payment methods are available?
In BookSpot, we offer several options for handling payments. With the booking system, you can register payments manually by card, cash, invoice, or Swish, Vipps, MobilePay, ApplePay and bank transfer.
You can also send payment links and let customers pay directly when they book through one of our online payment solutions. This also allows you to issue refunds with just a few clicks directly in the system.
We currently offer the following online payment providers: Adyen, Dintero, Bambora/Worldline, Stripe and Klarna.
Is there any contract period or notice period?
With BookSpot, you have neither a contract period nor a notice period. We aim to offer a flexible and convenient solution where you are so satisfied that you choose to continue using our booking system.

How do I get started?
To get started with BookSpot, you have two options:
You can create a free BookSpot account right away. Once your account is set up, you can begin configuring your products and adjusting the settings you want for your booking system.

During the demo, we’ll guide you through the system’s features and show you how to make the most of them for your specific business before you start setting up your products.
What happens next?
After you’ve created your products and your payment solution is in place, we usually book a follow-up meeting so you and your BookSpot advisor can make sure everything looks correct and address any questions that have come up along the way.
After that, you can easily add the booking button to your website, or we can help you do it. Once the button is in place, you’re ready to start receiving bookings.

Can I use BookSpot without having my own website?
Absolutely. Although most of our customers have their own website, you can just as easily receive bookings directly through the booking system on site. You can use a QR code at your location or share a direct link to the booking experience, for example on a Facebook page. 🌟
Where do I turn if I need support?
If you need assistance, you can contact our dedicated support team. Our staff are available during office hours, and during weekends and evenings for urgent matters.

Is it possible to have multiple users on one account?
Yes. In BookSpot, you can create multiple user accounts so that each member of staff has their own login. This ensures that everyone who needs access to the booking system can use it. There is no additional cost for having multiple users.
When creating accounts for different users, you can also assign roles and permissions to each one.
You can choose the role that best suits each team member’s needs and responsibilities. By assigning roles, you can control and limit access to different features and settings within the booking system.
Do customers leave my website when they book through BookSpot?
No. With BookSpot, your customers do not leave your website when making a booking. The booking button is a widget that appears directly on your site, allowing customers to book without being redirected to an external page.

How do I learn to navigate the booking system?
