1. Gift cards with flexible amounts

Make it easy for your customers to give an experience as a gift. With this new feature, your customers can choose the exact amount they want to load onto their gift card, directly in the booking flow.

This creates a flexible solution that suits any occasion, whether it’s a smaller gift or a larger experience. At the same time, you as the operator don’t need to set fixed amounts or manually handle special requests.

For you, this means less administration. For your customers, it means a smoother and more flexible purchasing experience.

2. Gift card design

Make your gift cards more personal. With this feature, you can design your own gift cards using images and text that reflect your brand and the experience you offer.

The gift card is automatically attached to the booking confirmation, and the customer also receives a unique link that can easily be shared with the recipient. Through the link, the receiver can view the remaining value and how many times the code has been used.

For you, it means full control without extra administration. For your customers, it creates a more inspiring and gift-friendly experience.

3. Export NPS

Gain even better insight into your customer feedback. With this new feature, you can now export your NPS responses directly from BookSpot into an Excel file.

This makes it easy to analyse results, share insights with your team, or continue working with the data in other tools For you, it means less manual work. For your team, it provides better insights to improve the experience and make smarter decisions.

You can export NPS responses under Settings > Customer Satisfaction > Customer Responses.

Smaller updates in the system:

Bulk actions in Availability – you can now update title, description, public description, and assign users to multiple timeslots at once.

Week numbers in date pickers – date pickers throughout the system now display week numbers if enabled under Profile > Appearance.

QR scanning with front & back camera – the QR scanner can now switch between front and back cameras on your phone or tablet.

Comments from OTA bookings are now displayed in a separate column in the manifest (“OTA information”), making it easier to distinguish them from internal comments.

Filter the manifest by bookings active during a given time period, to see exactly which bookings are active at a specific time.
