1. New Domain

Easier Access to the New BookSpot.

From now on, the new version of BookSpot is available at app.bookspot.io. You may still use app.outventures.se during a transitional period, but all future development will take place on the new platform. As an existing user, you’ll also see a clear link within the system, making it easy to switch over. Your login details remain the same – only the experience is improved.

In the new version of the system, all your information (such as your products and bookings) has been transferred from the old system. Any changes you make in either the new or old version of the system will automatically be reflected in both versions.

2. New and Improved Overview

Track Your Sales in Real Time.

The updated overview view gives you quick, clear insight into your sales performance. You can now view your top-selling products at a glance, compare booking values over different time periods, filter statistics by product or product category, and analyse how your sales are developing over time.

3. Streamlined Availability

Manage Your Bookings, Schedules and Capacity in One View.

The new Availability view allows you to quickly and easily see the scheduled start times for your products, as well as their availability and capacity. By clicking on a start time, you now gain deeper insight into how many are booked, along with any aliases, resources or other factors affecting availability.

You can also add a title to each start time, assign users to specific timeslots, and include internal comments and customer-facing descriptions.

4. Enhanced Calendar View

Plan Your Operations More Easily.

The new calendar view provides improved visibility across your bookings – by week, month or year. With an updated design, grouping functionality, and the ability to add comments and internal notes, planning your business activities has never been simpler.

5. New Payment Solution – Adyen

We are excited to introduce our new payment solution, Adyen, one of Europe’s leading payment providers. In connection with the launch, we are offering you an exclusive introductory offer: if you switch to Adyen before May 31, 2025, you’ll get a 1.15% transaction fee on, among other things, private cards within the EU/EEA - read more here). The application takes about 15 minutes, and many can start receiving payments the same day.

By switching to Adyen, you will benefit from:

  • Lower transaction fees: Pay only 1.15% in transaction fees for most common payment methods (read more here) – an immediate saving compared to your current solution. Offer valid until the 31st of may 2025.
  • Secure and reliable payments: With Adyen – one of Europe’s largest and most trusted payment providers (with customers like H&M, SAS, and Spotify) – you avoid hassles with card payments.
  • Support for multiple payment methods: Swish, Card, Klarna, Vipps, MobilePay, Trustly, and more – we’ve got everything you need for a flexible payment solution.

Later this year, we’ll also be launching:

  • Point-of-sale integration: Easily connect BookSpot to Adyen terminals for in-person payments.
  • Street sales functionality: Sell your products on the go using tap-to-pay via Adyen – all with just a few taps.
