Kanotkungen, <\/a>based in S\u00f6rmland, was founded in 1975 and is one of Sweden\u2019s most established canoe rental businesses. Since Johan Herlitz took over the operation in 2017, he has further developed it into what it is today, with the help of digitalisation, sustainable thinking, and a vision to always prioritise the customer experience.<\/p>\r\n

With a clientele consisting of school groups, companies, and private individuals, and a large number of canoes, Johan knew that digitalising the booking process was necessary to offer his customers the best experience, instead of handling all bookings manually through email inquiries and phone calls as he did before.<\/p>\r\n

That\u2019s when the need for a booking system emerged, and Johan realised that a powerful system would be required to manage the large volumes of equipment, bookings, and products with complex needs.<\/p>\r\n
