BookSpot is a digital booking software developed by us at L\u00e5ngholmen Kajak. Initially, we created the system for our own business, which includes kayak and SUP rentals, as well as courses. However, over time, it has evolved into a comprehensive booking software that is perfectly suited for all types of rental and activity providers. Today, hundreds of businesses in the activity sector trust BookSpot, and the user base is rapidly growing because we offer a user-friendly software, personalised service, dedicated support, and the best booking experience for customers.<\/p>\n

Created based on real needs<\/h3>\n

When we started L\u00e5ngholmen Kajak in 2012, we managed all bookings manually with pen and paper. The challenges were many: avoiding double bookings, maximizing availability, handling rescheduling, and preventing no-shows. Managing bookings took up valuable time that we would have preferred to spend on our business.<\/p>\n

We quickly realized the need to digitize the booking process to meet the increasing demand for kayak rentals. We searched for a booking system on the market that met our requirements for functionality, user-friendliness, and affordability, but found nothing that quite fit. Therefore, we decided to create our own booking system – BookSpot.<\/p>\n
